Prof. h. c.; born in Germany in 1962; after studying political sciences and psychology he did a post graduate education at the Institute of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in Munich. Many years of professional experience as a coach, trainer, business analysts, and team leader for international institutions in development aid and human resources; Former managing director of a consulting company; in 2014 additional opening of the SILENTIUM in Slovenia.
